About Us
Woosung Investments is a family-run real estate company led by Chris, Linnea, and Hannah Wilson, based right here in the Sauk Valley, IL. We started in 2021 with our first acquisition and have grown to approximately 90 units — with plans to reach 200 by the end of 2026.
Our strategy centers on the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), complemented by creative and seller financing. We are local operators who know every street and neighborhood, focused on adding value to the properties — and the communities — we invest in.
From single-family homes and multifamily complexes to furnished short-term rentals and our Polo Motel, we provide clean, well-maintained housing options for our community.

Max & Vova handle repairs and upkeep across all properties, with Anton providing specialist electrical support. James assists virtually.
