Rooted in the community we serve.

We're the Wilsons: Chris, Linnea, and Hannah. A family that started with one acquisition in 2021 and built it into 100+ doors across nine Sauk Valley markets. Next stop: 200 by the end of 2026.

Our playbook is the BRRRR method (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat), sharpened with creative and seller financing. We're not a faceless fund. We're local operators, and every property we touch leaves better than we found it.
